弊社で販売している「サンドイッチ銀ロウ」と呼ばれるものについて説明いたします。
サンドイッチ銀ロウとは、銀ロウと銀ロウの間に銅板を挟んだ板状のものの事を指します。
このように2種類以上の金属接合材の事をクラッド材といいます、単体の金属では得られない機能や特性を作り出すことができます
弊社ではバイトなどのロウ付けに欠かせない特殊な銀ロウですが、なぜサンドイッチ銀ロウでなければいけないのか、それには理由があります。
画像に書いてある通り、サンドイッチ銀ロウは、ロウ付け作業時に母材同士がより密着します。
ロウ付けバイトに使用すると、銅板がクッションの役割を担い、熱膨張によるひずみを吸収するため、切削加工時の振動や衝撃を吸収し、チップの剥がれやクラックを防止することができます。
種類は厚さ0.3mm、0.4mm2種類があり、長さは100mmと500mmで販売しております。
ロウ付け後の厚さはロウ付け時に押し付ける強さによって変わりますが、弊社では厚さ0.3mmの場合0.2mm程度、厚さ0.4mmの場合0.25mm程度となります。
サンドイッチ銀ロウは、真空ロウ付け、高周波ロウ付け、酸素ロウ付けなど各種ロウ付けに使用することができます。
弊社では超硬、ダイヤなど全てのロウ付けバイトに使用しております。
